Payment Policy
OB Hardware Plus takes payment through a certified processor, so no card data touches this server.
What we accept
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Other methods are not enabled on this site.
Currency
Charges are in US dollars only. If your card is foreign, your issuer sets the rate and any fee.
When you are charged
You are charged once, at the moment of checkout, for the whole amount.
Card security
Cards are handled entirely by our PCI DSS compliant provider. This site sees an authorisation result and nothing else.
Declines and checks
Declined payments produce no order at all. Any pending line on your statement clears itself. Manual checks are explained by email within 1 business day.
Sales tax and fees
Sales tax is not added at checkout – the price you see is the total you pay.
Refunds
We refund only to the method that paid. See the Refund and Returns Policy for timing.
