Shipping Policy
Orders are picked from the stock the counter sells from, so what you see is what ships.
1Where we ship
Anywhere in the fifty states, plus the US territories the carrier reaches. International orders are not accepted at present.
2What it costs
Free US shipping from $75.00 upwards. Smaller orders pay a flat $7.99, whatever is in the box.
The cart calculates it before you confirm. Nothing is invoiced later.
3How long it takes
- We pack within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Standard domestic transit runs 3–7 business days.
- That is 4–9 business days from order to door.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count. Anything ordered outside opening hours begins on the next business day.
Store hours: Open Mon–Sat: 08:00–18:00 | Sunday: 09:00–16:00.
4Tracking
Tracking arrives by email at the first carrier scan, and the same detail is on the Track Your Order page.
5If the address is wrong
Labels are printed from your entry. An undeliverable parcel comes back to us, and the second attempt costs the same flat rate.
6Damage or loss
Report it inside 7 days and we will handle the claim ourselves. You get the item again or your money back.
If you can photograph the damage, do; if not, we will still put it right.
7What we do not offer
No click-and-collect, no courier by the hour, no delivery appointment. Those are things OB Hardware Plus cannot currently do.
